Photos and generated entries
YDaily creates AI image entries from photos you select. The published policy does not specify how long original photos or generated entries are retained, when they are deleted after processing, or whether they are used for AI training. Who can see an entry
After you review a generated entry and approve publishing, your account visibility setting applies. The default visibility is public. Check the visibility before publishing and use the controls available on the entry to review a post already published.
Account deletion and questions
You can start account deletion in Account Center. The app says a confirmed deletion cannot be undone. The public policy does not specify the timing for removing entries after account deletion or any backup or legal-retention exceptions. Contact official.yshorts@gmail.com if you need those details.
Information used for support requests
For a one-to-one request, choosing an email reply uses your optional name and email; choosing a phone consultation uses your optional name, phone number and available contact time. The notice says this information is used to review and answer the request, contact you and manage its history. Contact details and support attachments are kept until 90 days after the request closes, then deleted. Choosing in-app replies links the request to your THE-Y account identifier without collecting separate contact details.
